Application to Partner for CCS Science Fair

CCS Science Fair purposes to encourage students’ innovation, creativity, and interest in science through the active endeavor of an independent research project that follows the correct scientific methods to draw valid conclusions. Each step of the project is graded. There will be individual aspects of the project such as background research and the writing portions. Other activities may require both to participate such as the active experiment.

Requirements for partnership: Costs of the project divided evenly. Each student will be responsible for independent completion of all assignments (except the experimentation). This will include a hypothesis, abstract, conclusion, etc. on their own to be graded.

If your student desires to work with a partner for Science Fair, please fill out the back of this sheet and return by Sept. 17th.
